2. Information you choose to provide

The inquiry form asks for your name, work email, topic and message, and may include your organization. It also records the consent you give to use those details to respond. Do not submit passwords, private keys, sensitive mailbox content or other material that is unnecessary for the inquiry.

If you contact us through email or WhatsApp, that channel and its provider also handle the information you send. We use your message to understand and respond to your request.

3. Technical and security information

Your browser requests pages, images, fonts and other assets from our website hosting infrastructure. The hosting or proxy layer may keep ordinary access and security logs according to its configuration, including request times, addresses and browser information.

The inquiry endpoint validates requests and applies temporary limits to repeated submissions. These controls may use technical request information to reduce abuse. This website does not maintain a separate inquiry database; successful submissions are delivered to the configured Oneewaee inquiry receiver.

4. How we use inquiry information

We use inquiry details to respond, discuss a product or service, arrange follow-up and manage the resulting business relationship. We do not use advertising or marketing-cookie tracking on this website.

Information needed to deliver a project or operate a product account is handled under the relevant service arrangements. An inquiry does not itself create a product account or start a paid engagement.

5. Analytics (Google Analytics)

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google, to understand how this website is used: which pages are visited, how visitors arrive and which devices and browsers they use. Google Analytics stays off until you accept analytics in the cookie banner or in Cookie settings, and nothing is requested from Google before then.

If you accept, Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier in your browser (listed on the Cookies & preferences page) and receives information such as the pages you view, the time of each visit, your approximate location derived from your network address, your device, browser and language, the page that referred you and how you interact with the page. 6. The optional OneeAI assistant

The live assistant is optional. The company's own website does not load the external assistant script until you choose to open it. That action connects to Oneewaee's AI service at api.oneesys.oneewaee.com when the feature is enabled for this domain.

Messages and technical conversation/session information are processed to provide replies and continuity. The widget may use browser storage according to its configuration. Depending on the implementation, AI processing can involve configured infrastructure or model providers. Ask our team about the service's specific retention and processing arrangements before sharing confidential material.

Do not enter credentials, sensitive account content or private documents into a general website conversation. AI replies can be incorrect; important decisions should be checked with the team. Once activated, the assistant may remain connected while its script is present. Reload the page to return to the website without the assistant loaded, and use browser site-data controls to remove any stored session data.

7. Hosting, delivery and linked providers

The website host and the configured inquiry receiver process data needed for delivery and operation. The team members handling your inquiry receive the details required to respond. If you accept analytics, Google receives the usage information described in the analytics section.

External product websites, customer systems, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other links are separate services. Following a link is your choice, and the destination's policies apply. Local product previews are images; viewing them does not sign you in or change a customer account.

8. Retention, your rights and requests

The website's request-validation and rate-limit records are temporary operational controls. Inquiry messages received by our team and infrastructure access logs may have different retention arrangements.

9. Location of processing

We are a Nepal-incorporated company, but website, inquiry and AI infrastructure may use services in more than one location. Google Analytics, if you accept it, and any AI service providers can involve processing outside Nepal, including in the United States. Do not assume that all website or assistant data stays in Nepal.

Oneemail's Nepal-based mailbox hosting and its documented AWS Drive storage are product-specific details. They do not establish the hosting location or data policy for every Oneewaee service. Review the terms for the particular product or deployment.

10. Security and responsible use

We apply reasonable controls appropriate to this website, including server-side validation, private inquiry credentials and request limits. No internet service can promise absolute security.
