1. Website operator and scope

These terms apply to browsing the company website, viewing its materials and using its inquiry features. They do not replace a product subscription agreement, customer deployment agreement or signed statement of work.

2. Product and service information

The website describes our products, implementation work and engineering capabilities. Feature availability depends on the relevant product version, plan, organization settings, enabled modules and implementation scope.

A source implementation or demonstration is not a promise that every deployment includes the same features. Mobile implementation work is distinct from a public app release. Any plan, price, delivery date, integration or service commitment must be confirmed through the applicable service process.

3. Inquiries, proposals and engagements

Submitting an inquiry asks the team to respond. It does not create an account, establish a paid service, reserve a delivery date or authorize a project to begin.

Development scope, fees, timelines, acceptance, support, intellectual-property ownership and any service-level commitments are agreed in the relevant proposal or written contract. If that agreement differs from general website information, the applicable agreement controls the engagement.

4. Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when making an inquiry. Do not impersonate another person, submit material you are not entitled to share or use the website to send abusive or unlawful content.

Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, circumvent request limits, introduce malicious code or collect private information from other users or customer systems.

Oneewaee's branding, original website content and software materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Customer names, product marks, screenshots and third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights and applicable permissions.

You may use ordinary website links and view the materials for evaluating our business and services. Other reproduction, redistribution or commercial use requires appropriate permission or another lawful basis. Ownership of work created for a client follows that client's agreement.

6. AI assistance and professional decisions

The optional website assistant can help explain products and services. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect, and important commercial, financial, legal, regulatory or security decisions need appropriate verification.

Business software can help prepare and track work; it does not replace a qualified person's responsibility for review or provide professional advice merely because it contains a compliance or accounting workflow. Permitted automation and review requirements are defined for the relevant implementation.

7. External services and customer systems

Links to product applications, customer systems, social platforms and other websites open separate services. Their operators' policies and terms apply, and their availability can change.

Customer stories and engineering demonstrations illustrate work carried out. They do not imply a general endorsement, guarantee customer outcomes or create access rights to private customer systems.

8. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the company website accurate and available, but may change content or interrupt access for maintenance or other operational reasons. General website materials are provided for information rather than a warranty of a specific result.

Any limits of liability and warranties for a paid product or project are governed by its applicable agreement and mandatory law. Nothing in these website terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
