Sakhejung Tea — intelligent buyer assistance

The business need
A tea producer serving international buyers needs to answer specialist product and export questions across time zones without making customers repeatedly explain the same requirements.
What we developed
Oneewaee developed the Sakhejung Assistant around the producer's verified knowledge and client journey. It supports conversation memory, sentiment-aware assistance, document checks and workflow continuity across inquiry, quotation and support.
How people use it
Customers can continue a knowledgeable conversation while the team is unavailable. Staff can take over with the context intact, and the assistant steps back during the human exchange.

The business need
A distributed agricultural estate is difficult to understand from an isolated spreadsheet or a static location image.
What we developed
Powered by OneeGIS, the customer-branded satellite map connects mapped plot boundaries, a searchable register, imagery switching, canopy context and 3D exploration. It is deployed on Sakhejung's map domain with attribution to Oneewaee.
How people use it
Users can explore the landscape and move between location and record context. Layer source and available observation information help explain what the view represents.
